Also I edit and trim the clip in Final Cut and enhance the audio to the best quality, ready for streaming to the favorite social media channels. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprisingly Good Unit! *by V***Z on July 16, 2021* This unit fills the void for me, because my video camera does not have Professional XLR Audio Inputs. This unit receives 1/4" , XLR, and 3.5mm Audio cable connections. What impresses me the most is that it can deliver Phantom Power to shotgun microphones. The one drawback for me with this unit is that it has a 9 volt battery powering it and I do not see any battery indicator to tell you how much power is left in the battery. However this unit was not made for the way I'm mounting it. I believe it was made to attach to a mic stand or belt on a person. I chose to modify it to mount on my camera. So I can not ding them for this. The unit could use a little more gain level, but does suffice for my professional use. You get a louder noise floor if you try and turn the gain up past the 12 O'clock position.
