It is a gift for someone who wishes to learn how to pray the rosary. Thank you!** A: No there are no prayer instructions; however, the bracelet can certainly be used for rosary prayer purpose. The bracelet consists of 15 beads - the 1st 5 can be the introductory prayers and the remaining 10 could be counted off as the 10 prayers of what is know as a decade of the rosary. **Q: Does this fit males and is the finish water/chlorine proof?** A: Yes it will fit men.
