If you put a back pillow on the chair, they are super comfortable, bit without it, not as much. You really need the same quality material for the back pillows so I feel like they should have come with the set. The second issue was in the packaging/delivery. It comes in one giant box. The chairs sort of bang against each other. We happen to have a double front door so it was not a problem, but the box would not go through a standard door.
