    Love FC, but in backorder ...

I've used Franklin Covey planning materials for over 20 years.  This one was in backorder, and was not ready to be shipped before it was needed.  What surprised me was not that it was on backorder, but that knowing that it would arrive after the starting date (2 weeks I think), they were reluctant to give any discount.  Not what I would expect from FC.  The product of course is great, and I'll be buying FC products for another 20+ years.
