To ensure that the decal is properly stuck to the transfer tape covering before installing the decal, press firmly over the whole surface of the face of the decal while it's still lying flat on the table. 3. Remove the application tape (pale blue backing paper). 4. Now apply it at the spot. Once the decal has been applied, go over it several times to ensure it is completely pressed into place. Even following instructions had a tacky appearance. All the letters and images are separate from one another, not one large adhesive.Also it's not a window cling, and it doesn't adhere to the inside of the window. You must put it on the outside of the rear window or bumper, I guess on some cars.
