She dropped -6.35 second in her 200IM and -8.84 seconds in her 100 breast. Yes likely a combination of the suit, good taper, and hard work but I gaurntee the suit contributed!! Warmed up in it, swam 4 events and came home and rinsed it hung to dry. Water beads were still beading up in it beautifully. She is 5’4” and 135 I ordered her a size 30. Took about 15 to 20 minutes to get her in it dry. She said she may want the 28 next time, not sure how I feel about that as it was hard enough to get her in the 30.
