I think I will have to move to none stick. Pan looks lovely tho. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There is NO poisonous (ie teflon) coating . *by T***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on March 14, 2020* Now we are better informed, it appears that some coatings for a non stick pan when they start deteriorating and then ingested can be a cause of some cancers. Stainless steel is best. BUT was amazed that the oil needed to fry must NOT be EXTRA virgin oil oil, must be of a lesser quality,, ie virgin olive oil, peanut oil and so on, to do with the burning rate of the higher quality oils. Shame, as I only have used extra virgin for ages. But am delighted with the pan and a happy to recommend it. I made a caramelised onion tart in it the first time. The tart turned out perfect !
