One night, a week after I had it, it got VERY hot while charging overnight. I unplugged it to cool down, and the next morning it wouldn’t charge/turn on etc. I got a replacement from Amazon and it started out working fine. Then it wouldn’t charge with certain cords, wouldn’t recognize if headphones were plugged in, and would not hold a full charge on the battery pack itself for more half a day. When my phones battery would get low the extra battery itself was ALWAYS dead despite being fully charged a few hours earlier. When it would have a charge I would turn it on to charge, but it would die before getting my phone to even 50%. Finally, now it again won’t turn on, charge, or anything and is completely useless. The WORST purchase I have made and I am now no longer able to return it. Opened it and it came half charged but wouldn’t work. It worked when I plugged the case in while my phone was in the case. So I decided to let the phone charge. It did. I then took it off the charger and put my phone in it and nothing. I have don’t have any issues with any other charges. This case just doesn’t work for my phone for some reason. I have the iPhone X and it fits perfectly.
