I do not get any jitters or crashes from this product, however I do have to take Mag 07 to assist with the digestive system while taking this supplement. I cannot give a review for this product for working out, as I haven't used it for that, yet. I have used almost the whole bottle so I do not believe I am getting the placebo effect. The only con is that the bottle does not have specific instructions on taking this product, such as, if you should take it on an empty stomach or how often you can safely take it.
