I had to return this particular brand however, because it said it was seamless-- but it was not .The area by the toe had a very noticeable seam I could feel on the bottom of my foot and I know it would of caused issues for me personally. Overall it was not a bad sleeve but I do not want to feel stitching when I am jogging.
