This is a very mild-tasting tea that offers just enough caffeine to give you a bit of a lift. I've tried some other high-caffeine teas (that were VERY high in caffeine), and they all tend to be a bit harsh on the stomach. Not this one! I wouldn't say that this would keep you up late if you need to pull an all-nighter, but it will definitely help out in the morning if you didn't get enough sleep.

I drink tea every single day, usually multiple times a day, and this is my favorite flavor! It's stronger than regular black tea (maybe even a bit stronger than English Breakfast but not crazy bitter or anything), and I love the extra caffeine because I can't drink coffee every single day (hurts my stomach), so I use this in place of coffee. I honestly can't comment on the boost it gives, but that's because I could drink a Red Bull and then take a nap.
