For the most part, I mix mine with almond milk, ice and frozen berries. Fills me up immediately and I feel great afterwards! For one container, you get 19 servings, so I would need to buy 2 for the entire month.I really enjoy this blended with my oatmeal, and I have put it in my banana pancake mix in the morning as well.
