I would have gotten the small if it was correct. The medium slides all around my arm and is just too big . The same thin spandex the sleeve is made from also covers the pad, for $40+ they should have abrasive resistant material over the pad.The sizing and fit is good if you wear them with the band below your bicep and don't pull them up.But,,I have dealt with spandex clothing for along time so when I tried them on I worked them up without tugging on any of the seems hard. I should have. 4 days after the return period I put them on for the first ride, flexed my bicep and the seam holding the cuff just popped apart! The lock thread didn't break, it wasn't through any of the loops! The only thing that was holding the cuff on was the friction of each stitch loop through the elastic cuff. I sent a message with close up pics asking for an exchange and didn't get any reply, I was disappointed, but then a new pair showed up in the mail today. so I have to be pretty happy with their customer service! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Causes bruising on seam line. *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2021* This product does as advertised. I purchased a large size, according to the sizing chart. The product I received are large but are tight. The stitching is down the middle of the arm, right at the bend of the elbow. This causes extreme abrasion on the skin and leaving "stitch bruising." I wear these for a period of 8 hours, for work. The first day proves to be a test run and will try again to see what I can do to prevent the "stitch bruising."
