Trim hair where the tape is being applied. I mainly wear the tape on my legs, and since I’m a guy with no desire to shave my legs, I have even less of a desire to have my legs waxed while removing tape. I have never had any problem with this tape and I do react to some bandaids if I leave them on more than several hours. Clean and then dry the area well. Professionals use a drying spray before application but I've never used it. The biggest tips come from the application fold-outs that are in the box - make sure to apply some 'stretch' to the tape relative to the amount of flexion you are going to experience at the area you apply. I find that I want a little tension when the area is at rest ( which means more when it is flexed).
