Review: Works on my difficult dog - When I ordered the product, I did read the reviews and the one criticism I have is that sometimes, when the dog shakes, it'll go off, even with the reccomended 1cm distance. I must stress that it is only occasional on particularly strong shakes, not every time. Now that the criticism is out there, I've got to say, the collar worked straight away on my dog. I've tried everything to stop my dog from barking constantly when we go out or leave the room. I mean, everything. So even though I was aware that it commonly goes off when the dog shakes, I was willing to take that risk as we are at the end of our tether with his bad habits. I bought it as a temporary option instead of paying 8× the price to find out that it didn't work. I will definitely be upgrading to a more expensive option with more features, BUT, I'm not in any rush to, as it is a good product, especially for the price! The active component is nice and chunky and it actually looks quite nice! The chord is fully adjustable and easy to do so and extends bigger than I expected. The clasp is plastic, so maybe not the strongest for a big dog, but definitely more than adequate for my jack Russel 😂 Definitely a product worth considering.

I hesitated to buy this training collar as I initially thought it would be harmful to my beloved dog but I was desperate for help as all my initial training attempts to deter barking while path walking were failing. My dog would bark at people, cars, bikes, children and it was becoming uncomfortable for everyone involved! I nervously tried it the first time and he barked at the first person he saw. The beep and buzz stopped him in his tracks! It doesn’t hurt him, it distracted him. He didn’t bark at anyone or anything for the rest of the walk! We enjoyed the walk for the first time!! A fantastic product to aid deter barking and to help with additional training!
