I do need this for an upcoming surgery and unfortunately the item was received balled up in a plastic bag without its original packaging. It does look like it may have been worn. Since this garment is typically worn without undergarments and put on directly in the operating room I would need a new item in its original packaging to comply with the hospital's requirements in order to bring my preferred garment into an OR. This wont work for someone who needs it directly post surgery.
