I never get enough protein in my diet and this one doesn’t have any of the dietary stuff in it that I have to avoid. The only thing that I’ve seen people dislike about this one when I offer it is that it’s kinda chalky. I personally mix this protein with a bunch of other powders and lecithin granules and fruit etc. I don’t really notice/feel bothered by the powdery or chalky consistency but to each their own.
