The taste is amazing, clean and just like eating a whole nut. My son has many, many food allergies, Celiac Disease and mitochondrial disease. He is severely underweight and his dr suggested adding macademia nut oil as a healthy fat to support weight gain and maintaining a ketogenic state. He takes 1-2 Tbsp of this/day and does it with no complaints ~ that's huge when dealing with a 5 year old that doesn't understand why he needs to take it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2020* I use this for cooking everything, it doesn’t have an extremely high smoke point but it’s high enough that I can take my pan on and off the heat and cook everything. I originally got this because I was trying to find an oil that was healthy but not olive oil, which for some reason I cannot digest and gives me severe gi issues, and this fit the bill! I thought about this oil because I eat a lot of macadamia nuts which are obviously extremely high in oil and very healthy, so I gave it shot and I’m so glad I did!
