I thought it was like you have to attach them separately but then the other three were fine so I guess this one was just a quality oversight. The first time I used the toothbrush several bristles came out and I was all set to return them. HOWEVER, on further use all has been fine and no more bristles have come out. I think the initial falling out must have been a few loose ones and hopefully this won't happen again.
