Not much beyond internet info.  Much of it clearly copy/paste.  Did not even bother to review so there are many areas where a sentence takes multiple lines with big blank sections - the kind where you copy from internet page and paste in Word, etc and then don't bother hitting delete to clean out formatting gaps.Since it appears to be copy/paste work, I am not sure who is responsible for bad sentence structure or misuse or repeating of words.  I am very familiar with keto - I was looking for some good vegie/vegan switch outs.  Nothing particularly new or interesting.

I can just envision the measure of time and experimentation that it took to assemble an extraordinary grouping of suppers like the ones in this cookbook, in light of the fact that nobody else has truly done it and this book is a first of sorts (there are a couple of other veggie lover/vegan books yet not about this quality). Additionally I abhor it when eto veg cookbooks toss in a lot of soups or flame broiled veggies, on the grounds that better believe it we would already be able to make sense of that, and Liz doesn't dupe her group of spectators; every supper is gourmet.

This book is a rip-off.  There is nothing in this book that you cannot find on the internet.  It is a word-processed document formed into chapters and put into book format. The grammar is not even correct in many places.  There are no pictures of food, and only 5 recipes.  The "sample plan" suggests what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but offers no recipes.  There is a picture of a mason jar, but do I really need to be told to store my food in a mason jar?  I would not recommend this book at all.
