The case and the screen protector adds solid protection to my Iphone 6 while keeping the profile sleek.After installing the case today, I found that my Anker lightning cables were not fitting in. Mailed Beluga customer service, and got a reply with in an hour saying that they will offer a free lightning cable that fits the case and even went to the extent of offering an extra cable to use at my office.Now this is what I call as prompt and high quality customer service. ### ⭐ Short lived *by I***E on November 12, 2015* To be fair, this case is beautiful and it feels great in the hands (like you don't even have a case on it). Plus, it protects the phone on minor drops.However, after only two minor drops and a little over ONE month of use, the aluminum frame is bent (so it no longer fits snugg) and the part of the frame over the headphone jack has snapped. Finally, it's a pain to silence your phone (frame sticks out too far from the silence/ring switch) or plug in headphones. ### ⭐⭐ Broke easily, and not from dropping *by B***Y on December 29, 2015* I thought this case would last me a while based on the design. I loved how sleek it looked on my phone. That said, the metal outer layer broke only after a month of use by the audio connection. You have to remove the case to plug the phone in and from removing the metal layer several times the tiny thin strips by the audio connection broke.
