It's very cute in person and brings cheer to my bathroom. However, the product arrived heavily scuffed all over the cherry base. The price was very low so I decided not to make a formal complaint, but I'm still annoyed. New items shouldn't arrive covered in scuff marks! But the marks aren't immediately evident thanks to the lighting in my bathroom, so it isn't a big deal. The brush works well, similar to any other toilet brush I've used.
