**Q: Have the weld problems been corrected?**
A: I was not aware of any welding problems. Very pleased with the chair.

**Q: What are the measurements for the seat?**
A: 16 inches front to back
17 inches left to right (at the widest spot)

**Q: Can it hold a 300lb person?**
A: I'm 270 and it holds me fine, but I do not have the legs raised.  If you don't need the legs raised I feel you would be fine at 300lbs.  But if you need the height raised I wouldn't recommend it.  It is a fantastic chair by the way.

**Q: HOW do you adjust the legs to raise the height of the seat?**
A: A push button on each leg allows you to adjust.
