Instead the 2 GBA's I got were practically brand new. No scratches, only slight edge wear on the paint on one and no wear on the other, and tight like-new button action. Both power switches are perfect. I'm modding these with laminated ITA screens, which is almost a shame b/c they're in such great condition. But the original GBA screen is pretty much worthless (not lit). Review: Horrible - I am very upset with this purchase. I bought this item for my son for Christmas. I can understand the mild surface damage, after all it is used. However, the seller says the item was renewed and working perfectly. The back light on the screen does not work at all. So i have a black and white handheld gaming system that you have to have a flashlight directed onto the screen to be able to see it at all.
