However, the price for the brand they recommend is much higher than I would like to spend on such a device. This one is less than half of the price of the name brand, and seems to function the same, I definitely feel less sore the next day if I use this theragun after my workout. The device is pretty heavy to hold, so can't use for a long time. Battery life is good enough, no need to charge after each charge. The fact it's rechargeable and lasts a LONG time is even better. I took it to my regular massage therapist and he was like "Oh yeah, we have the same ones at the clinic and we charge an extra $30 for 10 minutes when people come in."
