I had to use my own o-rings and in some cases multiple to make it seal where the adapter didn't fit exactly, and wrap all threads in teflon tape. In the end it didn't matter as it leaked directly from the gauge. I bought this just to do some basic testing of my own vehicle, not as a workingman's tool, so all I needed was a light duty item and inexpensive. This didn't even make it one use...
