It’s not bad or horrible, but if you aren’t fond of the “protein” taste I can see how it got some of the bad reviews. I think it taste good but I also only drink it as a smoothie with a banana and vanilla almond milk. It’s not gritty at all. I think if you only mix this with water it’s not going to taste the best. I am definitely buying again because of the quality of it but don’t expect it to be the most amazing thing you ever tasted

I've tried several different vanilla protein powders and like this one the best so far. I like the flavor, but what I really like is that it doesn't clump up. I add it to my yogurt in the morning and it's easy to mix in. All the other brands I've tried tends to clump up into chewy little globs. This is fine and mixes in well. I've already recommended to several others! The only downside is that is seems to be out of stock frequently.
