I had to look up where the dang button was to turn it on as it is masked under the exterior shell and you have to push hard to activate the button. Far too hard to do with one hand pressing on it against your ear. I despise this item so much i put off making phone calls while driving for the sole reason i would have to use this piece of junk.The rubber ear piece is very uncomfortable as well. I honestly have no idea what the designers were thinking with this.I will say, it survived a trip through the washing machine...unfortunately.
