If you get them in your size expect to wear a very thin pair of socks or go barefoot. Since they are for runners, I presume that is how they should fit. Comfortable, yes! I find them very good for working out and especially for doing squats. They give you a nice foot hold. I have severe nerve damage in my feet, so finding comfort is almost impossible. I feel every little groove and bump in the shoes.
