The reason I chose this rating is because the picture is misleading. The picture has what looks like a teapot in it. That is the main reason I picked this particular basket. It got even the 3 stars because my Mother liked the teas and the cookies. The description did not mention the teapot, I know. But, I thought it was just because you could actually see it in the picture and did not need it in the description.Like I said, misleading picture. Products would cost no more than $10 to buy and I can make my own tea pot pictures. Stay away from this one. For the cost, you get plenty, and it looks nice, especially if you would add a bow and some plastic wrap to the package. Unlike some of the other like products on amazon, you aren't mislead on the quantity of items received- what you see here, save for the flowers and ribbon of course, is what you get.
