I sprayed mine with pam and it was so easy ! My son loves the breakfast egg sandwich from McDonalds and I wanted to try and make these home made. I tried before using a half cup measuring device and oh my what a mess ! These were easy to use AND EASY to clean. All I did was make the eggs the size to fit the English muffin but after doing it now, I am intrigued as to make mini omelets etc. Well my son and spouse loved the breakfast sandwich I made ! They liked it a lot actually ! I think this was a great price for something that's not going to rust and uses little drawer space and most importantly I can actually use often ! So yes all 5 stars !
