Much more interesting taste and nutrition than your grandmother's unhealthy pancakes. Excellent ingredients.I'd given up on standard pancakes decades ago for the ridiculously non nutritious thing they are. This mix is a godsend. I've been experimenting with adding hemp hearts and quick or steel cut oats. I add some additional baking powder, flax meal/water binder, and make one big cake, about five minutes per side.Then, a minute or so in the microwave to finish the middle. Maple syrup upon serving. One big, thick, stick to your ribs, true cake. Not fluffy dessert! And no mushyness at all!Now, just writing about it, I've gotta another one!
