After purchase, as usual amazon dispatched it within couple of days (I am not prime). When arrived it was delivered in amazon packaging (not card-box but simple plastic bag). When unpacked & bit of ironing, it turns out to be a very good quality warm coat. The colour is not that shiny, nor dull, perfectly the way i like it (I ordered Grey XL).To give others an idea, it was a good fit for me and I am 6 feet. I wanted to return it as ordered another one from another seller but my spouse forced me to keep it and I am glad i listened to her as it is a perfect fitting & warm coat.The only thing that i would say is to improve packaging as it needs a bit of ironing before use.
