Luckily my skin resists breakouts but I know I should keep them clean anyway. So I got these. They're small so I hold it in my left Hand with my thumb inside pinning it down to my palm and grip the outside with my other fingers. It keeps it from slipping around. I use baby shampoo, drop a little on the "egg", wet my brush thoroughly, then swirl it vigorously on the egg until the water runs clear. It's way better than just using your hands, which after 20+ brushes leaves your skin feeling raw.
