Barely any heat. Put a towel on top to retain more heat but the pad never penetrates to the skin. If the manufacturer where to make this a better heating pad, it would be a top seller because of how it fits on the shoulders and neck and it being plush material. ### ⭐ Doesn’t heat up after 6 months.
