But I've been eating one a day since I got them and their helping. I was barely getting an ounce when I pumped and it has started to increase ever since I got these. I'm also snacking on some lactation cookies and idk if they were really working since I did get them first but I really like them. Also have tried a berry mix drink that doesn't taste to great either but for some reason it makes me thirsty and since I have difficulty staying hydrated because I drink only when I'm thirsty it really helps with that. ### ⭐ Inedible, stale taste *by J***B on Reviewed in the United States on November 10, 2019* Tastes like stale birdseed and cardboard. It is so dry. I have had plenty of lactation treats, these are not only the most expensive but the most disgusting. Not worth the money.
