I tested some 220pF capacitors and was getting 222pF, that is better than my Uni-T meter does. It can measure inductors and even codes from IR remotes. When I first got it I kept it plugged in, oops, forgot this thing also has a built in battery. It cam with a test capacitor and LED. It also came with a few handy little leads. For the price you won't be disappointed, a must have for the toolbox.The seller took care of the issue I had with this unit. They responded to my messages and offered to replace or refund.UPDATE: Had this tester for just over a month and it is no longer accurate. Ran it through the 3 pin test/calibration multiple times and hasn't helped fix my issue. If I measure a 10uF capacitor for example, I usually get a reading between 8000-8500 pF and this thing used to be spot on. Testing a 2200uf capacitor I get around 2600-2700uf. This thing had me impressed until these issues today. I thought maybe the battery charge wasn't good enough so I charged it and tested it again, same issues. Ran through the 3 pin test procedure many times and hasn't helped. Not sure if a component on the board is the issue or what. I have a message in with the seller to see if any resolution to this problem. The seller offered to replace or refund for the unit. They are shipping out a replacement unit for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost too small *by S***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 15, 2021* At first blush, this tiny tester has it all...testing practically every type of discreet electronic component one might find and even a few IC devices. The rechargeable battery and the color display are really nice touches. The so called zif socket is a PITA to use. The mini-grabbers are hard to use if not defective (no continuity of black lead). As it can read only Hitachi codes, the IR reader is nearly useless. The low level inductance readings are virtually useless, returning 0.00 ohms resistance.That said, it will be a valued addition to my bench .
