Tasting neat the gin is slightly sweet, but not cloyingly so, suggesting that a dash of Angostura aromatic bitters might help make this into a great G & T. In the event a dry Fevertree was all that was required to make a very acceptable longer drink with no need for any extra lemon. Shame I received this in the Autumn as I think it is really a perfect drink for outside on balmy evenings! The bottle is very nicely presented and looks much more expensive that it actually is.
