Very confusing assembly no directions whatsoever very hard took me a week to even figure out how to strap my dog. The front of the chair where the harness goes slips my dog falls out. Not sure if it's durable as he won't use it and it takes 2 ppl to strap him in. Not user friendly and have to refer to pics online as it came w nothing but the pieces.
