Temporarily switched to a different brand and noticed it smelled horrible, and our cat started using the bathroom where she wasn't supposed to. So we switched back to Fresh Step and there hasn't been anymore accidents. So lesson learned, we will only be using this litter from now on. I will say, since switching back to Fresh Step, the smell has went away so it has been great for odor control even with it being unscented. Clumping is definitely better than other brands, with other brands there was always muddy litter at the bottom of the litter pan, now there isn't.
