Innovative design that will prevent phone slipping out of the case during the fall . It fits snugly. Backside seems to be a hard plastic, while the sides are hardened rubber with grooves that feels very nice on hand. It feels very sturdy and not bulky/heavy at the same time. Corners and front have lips for additional protection. I would probably rate them in the line of Otterbox, UAG that offers the same level of protection with even a better fit/grip, lighter all for less than one third of the price. Wireless charging also works just fine. One issue (minor for me) is the button cuts, that does not have as much "pop" and hard to feel amidst the grooves. This would definitely be annoying in the dark and may be big deal for some, especially the volume buttons. If you can live with this, then this case is a no brainer. Had to leave a review, the price to performance and quality feel here is on point. As an owner of a previous phone with power plug/USB cover flap, I MUST RECOMMEND that you DO NOT USE the flap. The additional pressure from the rubber causes contact failure internally on cords because of the force against the head of the cable and the wiring. ALL RUBBER FLAP DESIGNS DO THIS. MOREOVER - force against cable heads causes pressure on the USBC port and damage to this port will ruin the phone as connections to this port will not sit tight or secure properly which causes poor performance with head phones and battery power cycling when charging (ends batteries early). Just cut the flap off with a xacto knife or something. Right out of the packaging it feels solid. Also love supporting small American owned businesses like the makers of this case. Update: Phone has been dropped easily 20-30 times, not a scratch on the phone. I actually just bought a second case after getting paint all of the first one purchased. Best case on the market. The case is a great combination of slim and rugged and really just looks great. I ordered the white and color does not disappoint either. Does not add much bull to the Note 10+ and it actually feels better in your hand(s) due to the great grip. The case has a lip around the edges of the phone in case of a drop onto the screen and with the material gives me a feeling of security for those drops that ultimately happen. Case goes on very snug. I love that it has a cover over the USB charging port because from experience crud is bound to get up in there and without. One complaint is the kickstand. I imagined it being much sturdier. Honestly, I know at some point it will break; but at this price point I accept that. If you're on the fence you won't be unsatisfied with the purchase.
