The reasons are many. Few of them are below,1. This smart watch comes with face changing option. It has 3 faces. On the first day after receiving the product I change the watch face and to my surprise the other twos are written in Chinese or Japanese, not sure exactly. The main thing is other two watch faces are not in English.My question is why that was not mentioned in the product description.2. On my first charge it took almost 6-7 hours to complete the charge but still it always shows 93% whenever I charged my smart watch.My conclusion is this smart watch is totally in Beta version. There are many good smart watches in market with same price.I don't know why sellers always hold back the information from customer for profit.
