It fits well in a standard locker. I plan to use it for carrying work clothes to the gym. It should be easier to organize than a regular gym bag.A few quibbles.The "cell phone" pocket on the strap might have fit my flip phone of a few years ago, but it will not fit the current breed of smart phones.The straps designed to hang the bag from the hooks in a locker do work, but the way they are placed look like they will stress the stitching with use and may eventually pull loose. I thing they should be a bit lower and farther apart to put less stress on the stitches.The bag will likely prove a bit small for a man's winter clothes. I've found this bag to be the perfect size for my gym locker, easy to hang, and roomy enough for my gym clothes, toiletries, shoes, etc. It has enough compartments to keep things organized, but not so many that it becomes impractical. It is well ventilated and doesn't get smelly.I've tried the OGIO locker bag as well, which is hard sided and rigid, and I think the GLO bag is much easier to carry and to use.
