Weighing 160 kg, this oven is designed for durability and ease of assembly, allowing you to create delicious wood-fired pizzas right in your backyard. ## Description Designed and made in Britain, this well contrived kit comprises 5 precast sections for the oven floor and a further 5 interlocking pieces for the dome. It includes a stainless steel flue, painted mild steel arch and door, pre-cut insulation board for the floor, silicone, fire cement and an insulated, weatherproof and UV resistant coloured shell, together with assembly instructions and details of the curing process. The dome walls are 70mm thick, and with the high quality refractory materials, the finished oven will heat up quickly, in under an hour. Able to attain up to 600°C, it has excellent thermal properties and can retain heat for a long time so after you have cooked your pizzas, you can utilise the residual heat for slow roasting, casseroles, baking, etc. The internal dimensions of the oven are 77cm deep x 60cm wide x 30cm high, sufficient to cook one large 12” pizza or two small 10” pizzas at a time. Once the oven has been cured before first use, thanks to the composite shell the oven will be weatherproof and will not require curing again, unlike other ovens which will require curing at the start of each season to dry them out and prevent cracking.
