Review: Absolutely Amazing - I’ve had my sleep change so much from this pillow I had to give a review. I had a major back fusion surgery and my sleep is awful due to neck, head and back pain. I since buying this pillow I can sleep for hours without having to wake up and readjust. I actually took some of the foam pieces out (which is fantastic to have the ability to adjust the pillow to meet your needs) and washed the pillow case before using. The material is very soft and pulls heat away from my head. If you do not like the cooling aspect a pillow case over solves that. I typically push and mold the pillow to fit my neck and head and it stays in that position. It arrived flat and expanded in 5 minutes. The filling is invaded in a separate case from the pillow case itself which was helpful when removing some of the foam. The appearance is of high quality and pillow case material is thick and well made.

**Q: Does the pillow keep you cool during the night?**
A: No more than any other foam pillow. It is very comfortable though.

**Q: There are 3 unverified purchase reviews in the total 5. and got f grade in fakespot. someone who really bought & used it pls tell if it's good or not?**
A: I bought them after using a name brand one for several years. Overall, it is pretty good considering it is 1/3 of the price. I did buy an extra standard pillow and take the stuffing out to split between 2 king sized pillows because they were under stuffed in my opinion, especially compared to the name brand ones. Once adding filling though, they are just as comfortable. The cooling side is more of a gimmick than anything as it feels cool at first but loses it almost immediately. I wish both sides were cooling so I could just keep flipping it.

**Q: Where does this ship from ?**
A: Not sure, but I ordered them 2 weeks ago with prime, and they still haven't shipped. I keep getting updates of "delayed shipping", but it's supposedly going to be here tomorrow... Idk how that is going to happen when it still hasn't even shipped.

**Q: How do you keep the pillow cool?  it was cool for the first couple of months that i used it, but doesn’t get cool anymore.  can i re-activate it?**
A: Dear, the cool memory foam pillow will be cooler and keep cooling if you use it in air conditioner room. Please put them under sunshine for long time. The strong sunshine will slowly destroy the cooling structure of the cooling bed pillows for sleeping.

Absolutely great for the price. The inner foam feels like high quality and the cooling side some how stays very cool, feels much cooler than standard covers right out of the box. Unfortunately however, I was looking for something a tad softer. I assume for most people these will be fantastic. However, when compared to the coop pillow, they feel a bit more firm, but the coop is also 4x more expensive for only ~20% softer. And, the slightly firmer feel may be preferable to some people. It almost has the springy feeling of latex foam, and not as “cloudy” soft as the coop. It was also great that they came with some extra foam, may be useful for some people, for us, we had to take some out and they were still not as soft as the coop.
