I simply love making tortillas with it. If you want to make cakes etc it’s probably not the best for you but for flat breads it’s the bomb 💣 ### ⭐ Quality change *by A***R on November 1, 2021* I have always bought this brand and it was my favorite! Somehow they changed the whole product, it doesn’t look like what it used to, the consistency is course and difficult to work with. I always used to wait to order this product and didn’t mind waiting the months of waiting for it to get back in stock. Whatever this product is - is definitely not cassava flour. Someone else also mentioned the same problem so they must have changed ownership or something. The weight is also wrong, supposed to be 3 pounds but it’s barely 2 pounds which also someone else had already mentioned.
