This is a great power bank for many reasons. Personally I don't like added features on equipment like this, such as the flashlight or digital display because they just use power that could be used for what it is designed for. That being said they did a good job with this one and it doesn't seem to effect performance. The flashlight isn't bright enough to really do much but that's a good thing because it would eat more power if it did. It would help in a pinch though. It's aesthetically pleasing while being extremely functional at the same time.It's 20000 mAh capacity is large enough to charge several devices, even at the same time, but small enough to fit in almost any pocket. The ports are supposed to be auto adjusting but the left port, as you are reading the screen, is 5V / 2.1 mAh and the right appears to be 5V / 1.0 mAh but there doesn't seem to actually be any different as far as it's real output mAh. I tried it with a software test on Android and a hardware meter on an iPad. The ports are not labeled as either one so not sure why it's behaving like that. Each port should auto adjust to the device attached but it doesn't appear to be doing that correctly. This does not concern me at all because I prefer it to charge at a normal rate because fast charging, despite what most people think, does damage your battery more over time.Regardless of that it was connected to the light show device for over two hours and only used 10 percent of the battery packs charge. In other words it was serving as a PSU for the device. The device runs off of USB power which is why this is possible but still it's impressive none the less. With that in mind and considering that so many things are coming out with USB ports for power that tells me that these are going to be great things to have around! This power bank might have been slightly off spec on my testing but it did a great job in overall performance. The digital LED display does come in handy also. Overall this is a solid, well built, safe and easy way to make sure your not stranded anywhere again with a dead battery.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Very easy to use. Has 2 ports to charge 2 separate items at once. It even has a flashlight feature which is surprising addition to a charging bank. It is also nice to have the display to show you how much battery is left.

I hate getting ripped off but there's no other way to describe this. As other reviewers have stated this battery isn't remotely close to 20,000 mAh. I'm on my second battery as the first one came dead on arrival. This one at least charges and discharges but I can't even get one full charge on my Note 10+. If this thing is really 20k mAh, I should be getting at least three if not four. And it is extremely slow charging at that. I bought because of a promo deal for like $15 which would've been a deal had this product performed as advertised. It clearly does not. This thing isn't worth $5. The positive reviews here do not seem real. Maybe I got two duds, but I'm not going to bother with a third.

I had my cell phone and my son's tablet plugged in to this power bank. I was out of the room, and my (3 year old!) son came into the living room saying, "smoke. Smoke mama!"I went into his room to find the power bank laying on his mattress SMOKING! I immediately unplugged it and doused with water!This could have been absolutely tragic...!I'm not even sure HOW to respond to this situation, but please listen to this review and know that there are MAJOR safety concerns regarding this product!I have never experienced anything like this before! Thank God my toddler knew enough to come and tell me before his mattress caught fire!

I have tried several different types of charges and I have never found one that is this light and powerful. The reason I did not give it 5 stars because the unite would not automatically to on for the 2.1 amp side.

Very good powerbank and it's not really that heavy like a few others claim. Much better than my other powerbank. Had my iPhone charging overnight and woke up this morning and it only went down to 69%. Had I used my other powerbank it would have been down to 45 or 35 percent. Will definitely buy another.

The power bank has so much charging power! It was actually a little larger than what I thought it was going to be, but it works great. I took it on a recent trip and it kept my phone charged up the entire time.

I purchased this one because my friend has one. Its 20,000mAh capacity is portable to me to take flight. 2 outlets fit me well, charge for my Ipad and phone together. I won't much concern that my phone uses out power anymore when I am in travelling. Very good and practical item, I like it.
