A: You dont need holes in the glass. It makes glass fragile. The glass is tightened with the screws given in the metal fitting.

**Q: Can i use B22 base bulb in it?**
A: Yes.

A: Glass size is 6 inch and metallic chain is around 14 inch which can be manuvered to different length.
