**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: Ingredients: Maltodextrin, salt, butter (cream, salt), corn starch, buttermilk, tricalcium phosphate, nonfat dry milk, whey, sunflower oil, color (annatto extract, tumeric extract), natural flavor, modified food starch, silicon dioxide. Contains MILK.

**Q: Does this have any fat at all? Trans or Saturated?**
A: It has: fat 0, Sat. fat 0, Trans fat 0 Cholest. 0, Total carb. 1, Prot. 0, Sodium 180mg/serving and 5 calories per 1 tsp serving. Though one of the ingredients listed is butter, there is a note that "a negligible amount of fat is added".

**Q: This contains silicon dioxide (i.e. quartz... sand!!)  why are they feeding us sand???  is that really okay to eat?**
A: In general, silicon dioxide is used as an anti-caking agent..  This means that it prevents the clumping of the product and it settling into a semi-solid mass at tje bottom of hje container.  The use of silicon dioxide in food is regulated by the Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Agriculture.

**Q: Can you use this in baking?**
A: If you mean as a substitute for butter in baking cookies, then I would say no.  I've used it on Acorn Squash that I've cooked in the oven.  But I would avoid using it in baking cakes, cookies, etc.
