**Q: Can you reset the camera without doing it manually I.e without having to get a ladder to be able to reach the camera?**
A: You cannot reset it without doing it manually. You have to either reset it with the button (from the camera, not on the actual camera itself, attached to it) or cut off its supply (no more power for it).

**Q: Why did my camera do a full pan/tilt during night without input from my phone. Has it been hacked?**
